John is getting ready to go on his mission, he leaves for the MTC on December 3rd. We took a few pics so they would have something to

I was a witch also, had on black clothes, dark eye make up, and black lipstick, topped off with a witches hat. Too bad I broke the camera, there will never be a picture of it.

SCHOOLS BACK IN SESSION!

Alex & Kenzie started back to school Aug 13th. They are going to a charter school this year and so far they are loving their new school. Alex has 16 kids in his class and Kenzie has 17 in her class. They are quickly learning that the charter school expects more out of them than the public school did. Don't they look so cute in their uniforms? This jumper is Kenzie's favorite thing to wear, but she also can wear the polo shirt with navy bottoms as well.

DOG DAYS OF SUMMER...

Alesia was out on the patio taking on the phone... heaven forbid we should overhear any of her conversations. Chewy came outside and started scratching on the pool gate. Alesia let him into the pool area just to see what he would do.

He immediately jumped into the pool and swam to the step on the deep end. The pictures tell the rest. We all went out there and were laughing and taking pictures. Chewy looks at me as if to say "What, it's hot! Haven't you ever seen a guy relax in the pool before?"

CELEBRATE AMERICA!

Last night we went to Alex's school to see Celebrate America! This was a program put on by all of the 3rd grade classes. They did an awesome job! I took pictures and am trying to get them posted, however I am having trouble uploading the pictures to my blog (GRRR!)

We are really proud of Alex and all of his hard work gettign ready for the program. HE sang his little heart out. The songs they sang were wonderful. They also had a tribute to the 4 branches of the military that brought tears to my eyes. I'll let you know when it comes out on DVD!

Welcome to the family Alayna!

Here is the newest member of the Clement Family. Martin's sister Roxanne and her husband David had their first baby on April 11th. A little girl they names Alayna. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 inches long. Isn't she a cutie!

Easter Egg Hunting time!

We had fun gettign together for an Easter Egg hunt at Pam's house. We had dinner and then Alesia, Nick, Nathan, Martin, Mike, and Chad all hid the eggs. The kids could not wait to go out back for the egg hunt.

Birthday bike ride!

Here is the birthday girl riding her bike, no training wheels here! She'll be jetting down the sidewalk in no time!

Alex decided to get out his bike and give it a try since MacKenzie was out on hers. Who knew all we had to do was get MacKenzie a bike if we wanted Alex to ride his!
