Here is the newest little Clement (If you can call him little)
Joseph Champion (JC) Clement
was born 02/25/2007 at 34 weeks
He was 7 lbs 2 oz and 19 inches long.
(I'm thinkin it was good he was born early... 7 lbs born 6 weeks early!!)

Thankfully, he is a pretty healthy boy. He had an IV in his head at first to help regulate his blood sugars, he's been in ICU, but will porobably get to come home in a few days! God answers prayers!

Trip to Canyon Lake 1/27/2007

Here are pics of our trip to Canyon Lake to ride Steamboat Dolly. We all went to celebrate Martin's parent's 41st Wedding anniversary. We had such a blast! Thanks Mom & Dad for such a fun day!

Martin, Alesia, and MacKenzie were ready to ride. We couldn't have asked for better weather!

Our exciting day (cont.)

This is the back yard of the house they were monitoring. They had theat huge tank in this yeard with an empty pool ... Only Sherrif Joe's people... Can you see the damage to the house from the tank? Not to mention they took out the whole pool filtering system with their tank...


Here's a small sampling of what the streets looked like. It was crazy!


Here is the front of the house. They blew up the garage door, broke out the front wundow, broke out the front bedroom window. They tear gassed the place too, but he didn't come out (Should have been a sign to them... but what do I know??)

The fire department came to air the tear gas out of the house. After they were done, the police tape went up. 

Our Exciting day...

We had a police standoff in our neighborhood on Wednesday Jan 31st. It went from about 11 until 4. What craziness! a guy was being evicted from his house and he did not want to go. The word is that he suffered from severe depression after a divorce. It all ended when he killed himself. It is so sad that he felt that was his only option. We are thankful noone else got hurt. If you look closely, you can see the sniper on the roof of the shed. He laid there from 11:30 till after 4, even in the rain. He never moved. We had police shut down our street and I had a policeman blocking my driveway. I was scared about this because all 3 of the schools called for me to pick up the kids. During this time, I also heard what I thought were gunshots, later I found out it was actually the flash bombs I heard. I finally asked the officer if he would move so I could leave and he was more than willing to let me leave. I was able to pick up all of the kids. I felt better having my babies with me.
After it was all over with, then chaos borke out in the neighborhood. Everyone was curious about what was going on. We also took delight in watching the Sheriff's office trying to pull their tank out of the mud.
They had to get 2 SUVs and ended up uusing the wenches to get it out.
See all the mud? It rained most of the day while this was going on. We all thought they were crazy for busting through the fence anyway.
