ANSWER: A very humiliated dog!


Poor Chewy! Alesia went shopping and just had to buy this feather boa. The next day, she was very bored and thus decided to do an impromptu photo shoot with our MALE dog.

SPRING BREAK 2007

Boy did we have a blast today, the first day of spring! Elizabeth brought her kids over for some spring break fun and we went swimming! (Well, the kids went swimming, Elizabeth and I like our water a bit warmer so we just watched.) Thanks to the solar pool cover we have and the unseasonably high temperatures, the water was already up to 78 degrees.

















Mary and MacKenzie
These two had a great time! By the time they got out, the both had chattering teeth and Mary's lips were starting to turn blue. They said it was fun!
























Nick and Harrisen
These macho guys said the water was not cool at all, in fact they said it was nice. Funny thing is they were ready and willing to get out when wetold everone it was time.
















Hannah and Alex
I tried and tried to get a picture of Alex where his head was above the water, but evidently he did not want his picture taken.

















Alesia and Hannah
Were having fun. Hannah had a fun time hanging out with her teenage cousin. Before swimming, they were in Alesia's room listening to music. Can you say... Tweenager? Alesia thought the water was cold, but went swimming anyway. She didn't have a swimsuit, so she borrowed my new one I bought the end of swim season last year. This has me a bit worried now... How can it fit her, and still fit on me? I'm afraid to try it on now!

LDS Prom

SPRING TRAINING 2007

Martin and I went to a Sring Training game on Saturday. We left the kids at Pams and were looking forward to a nice day together.

We were invited to a tailgate party before the game, with great food, cold beverages, and little umbrellas to sit under for shade.

Here is the only pic I took of the actual game. We were watching the D-Backs versus the Royals. At the bottom of the 4th innning (when we left) the D-Backs were ahead 4-3. Man was it hot! By the bottom of the 4th, we had drank all of the water we brought and I was starting to get a sunburn. Someone somewhere forgot it is SPRING! We're not supossed to be having 90 degree weather yet! Martin was tellign me the swimming pool was already 72 degrees that maybe we should go home and jump in to cool off. Martin jumped in, but I passed. I like my water a bit warmer before I go swimming.

It was a great day though! I remember freezing at Spring Training last year, this year we melted. Go figure!

Pinewood Derby!!!

THE PINEWOOD DERBY!

Here is Alex racing against Koby, the only car he didn't beat. Alex's car is the green one. He earned 2nd place and got a great trophy!

Here is a big smile, he thought the Pinewood derby was so great! He loved putting his car on the track and racing against the other boys.
We tried to take other pics of him and some of the boys, but none of them would hold still long enough. Go figure... they are Cub Scouts!

Here is Alex and his 2nd place trophy. He was so excited to win a trophy. He also got awards for the most colorful car and outstanding car.

Here is the whole pack, the boys that didn't place got participation trophys, so no one felt bad.
