Utah... SNOW!!!

We had quite the experience on our whirlwind trip to Utah. Can you imagine leaving Phoenix and 80-degree weather to go to Utah where I don't think it ever got above 40-degrees?

Friday night when we went to the Funeral Home, there was this crazy dense fog. Martin and I drove all over the place trying to find the place, but we couldn't see street signs or even tell houses from businesses, etc. It was a wild time, but we did finally get to the viewing.

Saturday was cold and raining. We froze our toes off! I for one am very thankful that the funeral was indoors. When we went to the cemetery, I was shivering. This Arizona gal does not do well in the cold.

Here is the view from my Grandma's front yard. This was taken as we were leaving Sunday morning. So beautiful!

Here is Alex playing in the snow bankat Grandma's house Saturday afternoon, after the funeral. Notice his shoes are off... silly boy!

A pic of the mountains from the cemetery.
